The InforFlow Middleware is a CORBA compliant workflow management product with J2EE-based architecture. It is composed of three parts: Process Definition Tools, Workflow Engines, and Administration and Monitoring Tools. InforFlow enables the separation of the business logic from the overall process logic for the application system. Users can change the system functions and integrate all or parts of the business processes by just modifying the process model, without any modification of specific functional realization, so that the human resource, information and application tools can be organized together, and the system can be utilized most efficiently.

InforFlow specifies detailed definitions for the process nodes and the corresponding data-flow lines, including: Node Name, Node Category, Node User Object, Node Action, Conditions for a specific action and Control Conditions for every data-flow line. Users can implement complex control and unified coordination over every kind of process by these settings, and ultimately fulfill the management of the overall lifecycle processes.
