CVIC SE and
IBM sign contract
to build testing center and cooperate in interregional development |

On September 22, CVIC
SE and IBM agreed to build a Rational based testing center. A
platform for cooperation between the two companies was also put
into place. This is the first agreement of its kind in China.
In his speech, Mr. Jing Xinhai,the CEO and Board Chairman of
CVIC SE said: We are fortunate to cooperate with IBM. They are
the trend setter for the IT industry. IBM has always been
dedicated to technical innovation and progress. Through our
cooperation with IBM we expect a great improvement in our
software engineering capability. The result will be higher
quality solutions for our costumers.
In the contract signing ceremony, Mr. Cai Shimin,General Manager
for Business Channel of IBM Greater China Group Software said:
CVIC SE has the goal of becoming the most valuable software
enterprise in China. They adopt advanced technology and provide
customers with progressive products. CVIC SE has always been a
leader in the Chinese software industry and we believe this
cooperation is just a beginning. IBM will continue to cooperate
with partners like CVIC SE in China to help enterprises make a
